Ashish Garg began his career in business, serving as the Director of Neo Plastchem Private Limited, a role he has held since 1997. His involvement in the business community deepened in 2009, when he joined the Industrial Association to advocate for labor welfare and address industry-related issues. Through this work, his passion for social welfare grew, inspiring him to give back to society. In 2015, he established 24X7 Care Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to the well-being of senior citizens, women, and children. He continues to lead the organization as its President, overseeing initiatives that improve the quality of life for vulnerable communities.
Ashish is also an active member of several district-level advisory and inspection committees, offering expertise and guidance on health, safety, and community welfare programs. He is pursuing a Master's in Social Work, building upon his strong foundation in business with a BCom (Hons) degree from Delhi University.

Established in 2015 by Mr. Ashish Garg with support of other socially-driven industrialists, 24x7 Care Foundation began with a vision to address the unmet needs of senior citizens, a vulnerable and marginalized group often overlooked by social initiatives. Recognizing the urgency to uplift and empower elderly individuals, the foundation started as a small-scale effort, utilizing personal networks to identify and support senior citizens in need.
A significant milestone was achieved when the foundation partnered with Delhi Police’s Senior Citizens Security Cell, aligning their shared vision of safety and welfare for senior citizens. This collaboration expanded the foundation's reach, enabling it to deliver healthcare, legal aid, regular check-ins, and essential supplies across six major districts in Delhi—Rohini, North-West, Outer-North, Outer, West, and Dwarka.
Today, under its inspiring tagline, “Companion of Old Age,” the foundation has evolved beyond its initial focus. Expanding its mission, it now works across diverse segments, including women, children, community development, and environmental sustainability.
